THE COMMISSION PROCESS
Thank you for your interest in my work! I'm so excited to create something special for you. To make the process smooth and enjoyable, here's a quick guide on how everything work.If you’re interested in commissioning a custom card (or a set of cards) please fill out the form below. Once you’ve submitted it, I’ll get back to you within a few days via email or your preferred social media platform to schedule your commission and discuss the details. If you need your project by a specific date, please let me know in the form. I’ll do my best to accommodate rush orders, but I can’t always guarantee them.
Process once the form has been submitted
The workflow
° Next steps after signing up for a commission:I. Initial Contact: I’ll reach out via email or your preferred social media handle to discuss the schedule and your project details.II.Project Brief: You’ll need to provide a description of what you’d like. Please include:-- Name of the subject/character.-- Character details (pose, outfit, hairstyle, build, body type, etc.).--Type of art (Headshot, Fullbody, icon etc.).-- A reference photo or two of the person(s) being drawn.-- Background (if desired)-- Personality of the character or description.-- Optional: Any specific features I shouldn't miss, such as beauty marks, scars, or birthmarks.COMMISSION PAYMENT:III. Payment & Invoicing :Once I receive the details of your commission, should I agree to take it on, I will send you an invoice via Paypal for the total amount that will be due. Payment must be submitted at least 1 week before the start date of your commission. You may cancel your commission at any point before the start date and a full refund will be provided for any amount submitted.If you need a refund, please contact me directly instead of opening a PayPal dispute; I will personally issue the refund to you.
We will maintain constant communication to ensure the piece meets your expectations. I will send you watermarked progress shots at key stages (line art, color) for your review.1. Initial Sketch: I will send you a preliminary sketch for approval on the scheduled start date or the following day. This is the stage where you can request major changes to characters, poses, and composition.2. Semi-Final Draft: After the sketch and any changes are approved, I’ll move on to inking and coloring. I’ll send this version for your review, but please note that only minor adjustments (colors or small details) can be made at this stage.3. Final Review: Once the coloring is complete and the card is nearly finished, I’ll send one last update for your approval. Again, only minor tweaks are possible at this point.4. Delivery: Once you give the final okay, I’ll email you the high-resolution digital file to ensure no quality is lost during the transfer!

* These commissions are for PERSONAL use only. Any completed commission is NOT for commercial use.* All transactions will be made via Paypal invoicing. You will be sent an invoice once details of the commission are discussed and agreed upon.* Invoice must be paid upfront and in full at least 1 week before the start date of your commission.* I maintain the right to refuse any commission request.* No nudity, violence, or explicitly sexual imageryREFUND POLICYComplete refunds will be offered up to the Start date of your commission. Once work has started and a first draft has been completed, 50% refunds will be offered. This means that if you are unsatisfied with the art that I am producing during the first draft phase, you will be refunded half of the cost of your commission and work on your commission will cease. If the first draft is approved and work continues, refunds will not be offered.

* Additional small creatures, full body with color: $25 per creatureFull Background with color: $25** All illustrations will be formatted to the dimensions that you would like, at a resolution high enough to ensure that if it is printed later on, there is little to no loss to the image quality (assuming that you are having it printed at regular art print sizes. I cannot guarantee print quality for huge prints like billboards). **

Hello Folks!
My name is MAKIO (Donnovan) I started my freelance studies in 2019, learning with some art book videos of other artists and courses.I'm from Mexico and I love everything related to art, all my life I have appreciated with much enthusiasm the artistic section of video games and especially in its aesthetics and design. Currently I'm looking to dedicate myself to art in the 100's, having as a focus my character designs and illustrations for video games, some audiovisual production, comic or book covers, as well as merchandising and figures.My main influences are Bengus (Capcom), Rinotuna, Kinu Nishimura and Timm Bruce mainly.And also some videogames like Darkstalkers, Persona 5, Street Fighter, Jet Grind Radio and Cyberpunk 2077 for its interesting variety of characters.Day by day I dedicate myself to improve my technique and my knowledge, I hope you like my work! .
